Beautiful people are all around us, and each of you choose to shine your light in a unique way. I came home to cabbage rolls and stuffed capsicum and it tastes just like home <3 It’s little gestures like these that go a long way. :)
The trick is to be thankful when others would least expect it. :) Everyone is on their own journey as they share what they know. We may have different viewpoints on the same subject, which is often the case, but having tolerance and an open mind is what will allow us to grow… Even the most stubborn of us.
Today’s lunch was tuna with eggs and a friendly way of introducing kale into a salad by also adding parsley, lettuce, and spinach :) The bread was an Italian olive loaf with marinated feta cheese on top. What do you think? Healthy choice and delicious? :) Mmm!

I was meant to have a picnic with a certain special someone today at lunch, but got left hanging. Now I’m sitting in the boot of my car enjoying this beautiful bounty of fresh produce and reading a book on my own.
